These Loyalty Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern your participation in the Monster Points loyalty program (the “Program”), operated by Omnilert Food & Beverages through the Monster Siomai Customer Portal at customer.monstersiomai.ph. These Program Terms supplement our Terms of Service. In case of conflict between the two, the Program Terms apply to questions specifically about the Program.
1. What Monster Points are
Monster Points are loyalty points you earn by completing eligible activities in the Customer Portal. You can redeem accumulated points for rewards listed in the Portal at the time of redemption.
Monster Points have no monetary value. They are not currency, not a financial product, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Eligibility
- You must have an active Customer Portal account in good standing. See the Terms of Service for general account eligibility.
- One loyalty account per person.
- To redeem points, you must link a Monster Siomai reward card to your portal account.
- Employees of Omnilert Food & Beverages may participate in the Program in their personal capacity, subject to internal policies.
3. Earning points
- Points are awarded when you complete eligible tasks made available in the Portal. The points value of each task is shown alongside the task itself.
- Points are credited after we verify the qualifying activity. In most cases this is immediate, but it may take longer if we need to verify the activity manually.
- Each task may be completed once per account, unless the task description explicitly says otherwise.
- We may reverse or void points that were awarded in error, awarded through fraud, or awarded for activity that did not actually take place.
4. Redeeming points
- Rewards available for redemption are listed in the Portal. Reward inventory, point cost, and availability may change at any time.
- You may only redeem a reward if your point balance equals or exceeds its cost.
- A redemption is final once confirmed. Points deducted for a redemption are not refundable, except where required by law, or where we are unable to fulfill the reward (in which case we will refund the points or offer an equivalent reward at our discretion).
- Rewards must be claimed in the way and within the timeframe stated when you redeem them. Unclaimed rewards may expire.
5. Points are not transferable
- Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another account or person.
- Points cannot be combined across multiple accounts. Each account stands alone.
- Points are not the property of the customer in the sense that currency is — they are a contractual benefit that Omnilert Food & Beverages may modify, suspend, or terminate as described below.
6. Expiry
Monster Points do not expire. Your accrued balance stays with your account as long as the account remains active and in good standing. (Account suspension and forfeiture are addressed separately in the next section, and Program-level termination is addressed in Section 8.)
7. Account suspension and forfeiture
If your account is suspended, archived, banned, or deleted — whether by you or by us under our Terms of Service — any unredeemed Monster Points are forfeited and cannot be recovered. We may at our sole discretion reinstate forfeited points if an account is later restored.
We may also void points or remove rewards from accounts that engage in:
- Fraudulent activity, including fake task completions or manipulation of the point ledger;
- Operating multiple accounts to circumvent caps;
- Any other abuse of the Program inconsistent with these Program Terms.
8. Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes (such as ending the Program, changing point values significantly, or removing reward categories) through the Portal or by email to active participants.
If we end the Program entirely, we will provide a wind-down period of at least ninety (90) days during which you can redeem your accrued points for the rewards then available. Unredeemed points are forfeited at the end of the wind-down period when the Program closes. (This is the only circumstance, other than account suspension under Section 7, in which accrued points are removed from a balance.)
We will not be liable for any loss you may consider resulting from the modification or termination of the Program, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Taxes
Any tax obligation arising from the receipt or redemption of rewards is your responsibility. We may withhold or report rewards as required by Philippine tax law.
10. Disputes and balance corrections
If you believe your point balance is incorrect, contact us at support@monstersiomai.ph within thirty (30) days of the activity in question. Include your registered email and a description of the activity. We will investigate and make corrections where appropriate.
Our determination of point balances and reward eligibility is final, subject to any rights you have under Philippine consumer- protection law.
11. Relationship to other terms
These Program Terms incorporate by reference our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice describes what data we collect to operate the Program and which third parties (notably Odoo for the point ledger) process it.
