This page lists every cookie and tracking technology used across the Monster Siomai marketing site (monstersiomai.ph) and the Customer Portal (customer.monstersiomai.ph). We keep this list honest and short because we don’t use third-party tracking.
What we use
Exactly one cookie, and only on the Customer Portal after you sign in:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-authjs.session-token(or authjs.session-token in development) | Keeps you signed in to your Customer Portal account. Without it, you would need to log in on every page. | 2 hours | Strictly necessary |
This cookie is HttpOnly (not readable by JavaScript), Secure in production (only sent over HTTPS), and SameSite=Lax (not sent on cross-site requests). It contains a signed session token only — no personal data is stored in the cookie itself.
Privacy-friendly analytics
The marketing site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are popular. It is cookieless and does not store any cookie or persistent identifier on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal data. Because no cookie or cross-site identifier is involved, it does not require a consent banner under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
What we don’t use
We don’t use any of the following on either site:
- Cookie-based analytics: No Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or other cookie-setting analytics services. Our only analytics is the cookieless Vercel Web Analytics described above.
- Advertising trackers: No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no conversion tracking.
- Social-media trackers: Embedded social links open in new tabs; we don’t embed tracking widgets.
- Heatmaps or session replay: No tools that record how you move through pages.
Because we don’t use non-essential cookies, you won’t see a cookie-consent banner. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and equivalent regulations, consent banners exist primarily for non-essential tracking — which we don’t do.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. If you clear the session cookie listed above, you will be signed out of the Customer Portal and will need to log in again. Blocking it entirely will prevent you from staying signed in at all.
